We have just finished the Davis regional, our last competition of the year. Here is a quick summary of our accomplishments at each regional:
Silicon Valley: Plagued by difficulties with our USB hub, we were often unable to function in our matches. This meant that we were not picked for the elimination round, which gave us time to make some much-needed modifications to the robot.
Davis: Our robot was functioning quite well; our autonimous mode was one the most reliable at scoring from the mid-field zone, while from the defensive position we were often able to clear all three of our balls. We were picked in the elimination round by the fifth seated team, so our defeat of the fourth seated alliance was rather unexpected. Unfortunately, we faced the number one seated alliance in semifinals, resulting in a loss.

Links to photos of both events (and build sessions) can be found on our photos page.

Our next event is the Laurel Art and Science Fair, we will be there on Thursday, April 15th.
